but a few words may have been mis-pronounced:

1. for "foray", the stress should be on the 1st syllable.

2. for "Scotland", the stress is on the 1st syllable as well, and as a result, the "a" in land becomes a schwa.

3. for "seek", the "ee" is a long vowel.

4. you seemed to have pronounced "Russian" as "Russia".

Just my 2 cents.
