We take turns to post questions (around 2 or 3), then
the other has only 10 seconds (10 seconds for one to organize thought and start to deliver impromptu speech. no practice for reading etc. so this is a gentleman game, just like playing golf, self count) to answer and reply it (recording and replying time should be excluded in that 10 seconds).

What do you think about this idea?

The keys are
1) thought organization,
2) grammar issue awareness.
