OK, I would like to suggest you to start from the very basic, like vowels, consonants, then syllables, words, phrases, meaning groups, sentences, finally tones.

At the moment, you have to pay much attention to all the vowels, and /r/ /s/ /z/, and pronounce all the syllables clearly.
