You are right that Clothes can be /kloz/ or /klothz/.

I am not very happy about my intonation on this reading. I seems I cannot connect each word in the sentence. I remembered that my tutor told me long time ago saying something like " you should speak like pearls in a string". It seems that I was only picking up pearls but not string.

I need to work on this.
