For R, I think the following words need to curl the tongue harder: 4resses, recognize, perfect, stranger, Hard

It is not easily to pronounce R, especially r is in the middle position of a word.

For W, I think you can exaggerate a little bit more on W. The mouth is pushing forward. I often made mistakes on W and V. My tutor corrected me millions of time and she would like me to exaggerate as much as possible.
