"Move heaven and earth" is an idiom meaning to exert the utmost effort, spare no expense, or do everything humanly possible to achieve a goal. It implies an intense, determined struggle to overcome obstacles, often suggesting that one would go to extreme lengths, even attempting the impossible, to succeed.

Origin:
The phrase was first found in 1580 Montaigne's Essais (in French):

"Ce fut proprement remuer le ciel et la terre à la fois. Ce neantmoins, il n'est rien qui bouge de sa place".

Which was translated into English by John Florio in 1603:
" It was a right removing of Heaven and Earth together, yet nothing removeth from its own place"

- From multiple online sources with editing (A true Joke: Google search auto AI said Montaigne's Essais was from the 18th century 哈哈

I was truly wooed by the "Earth and Moon in one" picture (from NASA per source).

Per NASA: "The first flyby images of the Moon captured by NASA's Artemis II astronauts during their historic test flight reveal regions no human has ever seen before".

It's amazing that humans bent over backwards, pulled out all the stops, moved heaven and earth to get to the Moon and beyond.  It feels good to discover unknowns, be them on earth or elsewhere in the universe, without causing damage to Mother Nature.
