River Flows in Me

 

The evening breeze with tender grace
Brushes softly river's face

The sunset glows on waves that gleam
As sky slips on its twilight dream

Two sets of prints along the sand—
Dad and I, hand clasped in hand

The Yangtze whispered by our side
While laughter rang both far and wide

Its song still flows inside of me
A bond with Dad, in memory
