Happy Thanksgiving , fellow Canadians

On the most beautiful autumn days, the maple, oak, and birch trees erupt in vibrant colors of red, orange, and gold.

Here come the Thanksgiving Holiday in Canada. We baked a duck this year.

Baked Seabass: the sauces is a mix of ginger, garlic, red and green pepper, perilla, salt, back pepper , oil, and lemon juice

Stir fried Loofah, tomatos and eggs

Stir fried beans with pesto

Air-fried  pumkin and apple

Air-fried  purple potatos and finger potatos with duck oil, rosemary, salt and pepper。boiled in water a litte bit first before air-fry.
