A German study, spanning 10 years, showed that men who kiss their wives goodbye each morning tend to live about 4 years longer. A '6C kiss,' lasting at least 6 seconds, helps release oxytocin. ~Drs. John & Julie Gottman (Also, hug your kids for at least 20 seconds per day).
