July 1st is Canada’s National Day. In the past, activities during this long weekend revolved around the children's interests, either going camping or attending various entertainment events or festival parades held in the city. Since becoming an empty nest, I have become completely free and can do whatever I want. Last year I participated in a 5K charity run for the first time. Although I can't run very far distances, I can manage to complete 5K running. Keep running this year.

P2：After signing up for this year's run, I received a birthday card. Maybe someone realized that my birthday is also on July 1
P3：I went home after running last year and did not attend the award ceremony. This year I stayed there a little longer and actually heard my name being read. It turns out that I won the encouragement award for third place in my age group because of my age advantage.
P3：Birthday gifts from my daughter. Looks like whe wants me to continue running next year?
