I heard often that the dog mirrors its owner. They seem to share a spiritual

compatibility, a beautiful thing. Modernity brings on isolation, and humans

give up cultivating relationships with fellow beings and return to their hunter-

gatherer roots with their faithful four-legged companions. It all makes sense.
