APAD: Knowledge is power.

True but not that simple. It is rare to find a person that can execute that

knowledge. We know processed food is no good but cannot give up eating white

wheat flour. We know exercise is good but cannot carry out a daily routine. We

know yin-and-yang but cannot stop single-mindedly chasing money. One has to have

a will made of steel to wield the power promised by knowledge.
