 北京冬奥会即近，政府最近宣布：观众会是selected spectators，运动员不得外出，必须stay in the  bubble 。 bubble 者，泡泡，小圈子也。疫情蔓延，美加政府也提倡大家少接触，stay in the  bubble。但我们有时候则须  break the bubble 走出自己的 comfort or decompression zone ，多交异族朋友，学习英语
