【听歌练听力】Thanksgiving Song: 《Take Me Home, Country Roads》

这两天近六千万北美人在回家路上。七十年代有个叫邓诺夫的与未婚妻在马里兰州开车被一处美景吸引而写下这曲子，开头歌词里用了其家乡州名，而后改为 West Virginia , 因为他觉得同为四音节的西维吉尼亚更有乐感。后来歌唱家John Denver （见下面video）也做了修改，终成经典。俺的学唱最后一段把邓诺夫家乡州加回去，因为没有这一州就没有感恩Thanksgiving Day。
