                 【The 52 Hertz Call】

A lone whale, since late 1980s

Kept sending out cries at 52-hz frequency in the ocean 

But didn’t get any response for the call 

 


No one has seen the whale 

People call it "52-Hertz,", "the world’s loneliest whale"

I wonder, how many 52 out there, in this world?

 

What we heard at night, those silent calls 

Maybe more significant, and meaningful 

Than the usual day scenes we saw

 


In a crowded sea, I have always been a 52 Hertz whale

But you heard me, and responded

With your pellucid, soul-soothing call

 


Thank you, sweet darling

My 52 Hertz whale，who resonated with me ——

You have made my world bright and beautiful

一头孤独的鲸鱼，自八十年代末以来，

在海洋中不停地发出52赫兹频率的呼叫

可是 却没有得到任何回应

 


没有人见到过它

人们称它为”世界上最孤独的鲸鱼”

如此52赫兹鲸鱼 不知这个世界上有多少

 


我们在夜间听到的 那些无声的呼唤

或许比我们白天看到的日常场景

更有意义 更重要

 


在拥挤的大海里，我一直是一条52赫兹鲸鱼

可是 你听到了我的呼叫 

并以清晰透明 抚慰心灵的呼唤回应了我


 

谢谢你，亲爱的

与我同频共振的52赫兹鲸鱼 ——

你使我的世界变得如此明朗 美好
