Five years ago, I translated the Anthem of Canada to a traditional Chinese poem

for fun. :-)

 

悠悠加国，父母之邦。
大风起兮，汝守四方。
赤子之心，烈如骄阳。
巍巍北立，自主自强。

悠悠加国，且远且广。
气拔山兮，汝守八荒。
神佑吾土，赐吾荣光。
悠悠加国，捍之四方。
悠悠加国，卫之八荒。

 

In Summer, monster cargo ships ply the Great Lakes in Canada.

This freighter was passing the Welland Canal, which connects Lake Ontario to Lake Erie.

 

From Lake Erie, a WWII vintage warship was sailing slowly into Colburn Harbor, Ontario, Canada.

 

 

都是两年前做的老视频，在这个疫情下，让我带你感受一下上加拿大（Upper Canada）。：-）

上面那个战船画面，我做成了七十年代电影的画质，不过游客还是当今的着装，有一点“穿帮”。：-）
