Overall China has little protection...  I would like to say "Overall in China there is little protection..."

There is nothing we can do about except... I would like to say "There is nothing we can do about it except..."

Anyway, let's talk about... I would like to say "Now, let's talk about..." or "All right, let's talk about..." , as I prefer not to repeat the same word in a row

from beginning until the end... I would prefer to say "from beginning to end..."
