请教这里的大家: 两会翻译把“任性”翻译成capricious，有的媒体还说翻译准确。果真如此吗？

Webster对该词的解释是：

: changing often and quickly; especially : often changing suddenly in mood or behavior

这跟"任性“的意思差得太远了吧！

"Willful" or "have/get one's own way"都比capricious准确。 你怎么看？
