Do not judge by name

Two Kevin: one is a cheater, a white trash, who stole over $500 value property (painting, vacuum, fake check, borrowed money) from me, I did not report him to police. When I asked for a room key, he mailed me two, which means he did trick to another landlord.
Another Kevin is the opposite, God-sent, who is a giver not  a taker, will help me on my script, I will compensate properly.
