请教，这里的Bad days是什么意思？

CNN关于以色列的新闻，一名议员为以色列解释说他们进攻是不得已的选择，其中说到

Israel, if they have one or two or three bad days, they could be gone as a country.  

这里的bad days指的是被攻击？犯错误？疏忽？
