英诗汉译：婴儿窘 Infant Sorrow

      Infant Sorrow

My mother groan’d, my father wept,

Into the dangerous world I leapt;

Helpless, naked, piping loud,

Like a fiend hid in a cloud.

 

Struggling in my father’s hands,

Striving against my swaddling-bands,

Bound and weary, I thought best 

To sulk upon my mother’s breast.

呻吟的是我娘，流泪的是我爹，

我一跃而入这危险的世界；

弱小无助，赤身裸体，喇叭响亮，

如同藏身云天之上的魔王。

 

我在爹的手中挣扎不休，

还与捆绑我的襁褓搏斗，

身受束缚，我又累又疲，

最好在吃娘奶时大生闷气。
