Jimmy is not a Chinese

He does not share your strong Chinese sentimentality.  That is why what you think he "should do" did not happen.
Besides, he already apologized. Chinese mob want him to be fired. 
I have 100 Canadian friends.  All of them say those Chinese don't have a sense of humor and it is an overreaction.
