1. Have a baby in an English-speaking country;
2. Send him or her to daycare as early as possible;
3. Record and learn every single word he or she learns, speaks, etc, with a blog, on this forum, or on facebook;

z. 18 years later, one can proudly announce that she is the mom of a native speaker and speaks just as well!
