i've come up with a recording on this and will need time to edit it and will post it asap, i think i've get something from this, ie, the pronounciation of /dr/ from /d + r/ ... and that of /tr/ from /t + r/ ... i've watched a little girl sounding that way /t + r/, it might be the natural way of sounding it. 
Then, it might be the same case with /d + r/ scenario.
