八仙过海, 各显神通

Confined by conditions I am less likely to achieve what I aimed, It does not mean I don't possess some merit nor I am fanatic, time passed quickly.
My acquaintences,roommates, about eight "fairies" have national, even international reputation,two of which are in politics, I can only compare by articles, three are in art world including a movie director, I do not possess necessary capitals.
One was a news maker by his shifty, energetic, whom I helped on his assignment in Beijing. The last one in psychology, was benefited by his movie friend.
What I should learn and draw a lesson from these elite are:
Be associated with friends or teachers. None of my classmates was asked to teach in that graduate school. I have no close relation with them either.
Pursue advanced study if possible.
Be perseverant. 八仙过海, 各显神通, it does not specify one is above another. It is one's achievement matters, not his current privileged position or grand power, It is the result matters, i.e. Bill Gates is not inferior than George Bush.
