The old lady passed away on scene shortly after paramedics’ arrival.


The Good Samaritan went to see a doctor at ER but rejected the prophylaxis treatment.


 


As a Good Samaritan, she has the right to obtain the blood sample of the old lady and the application has to be sent within 10 days in Ontario, Canada. This piece of legislation has become effective since 2006.
