掐--搶 pinch--snatch

pinch myself and snatch myself for discipline. This idea come from word hype not bu its negative meaning. When I painted for art competition, I was in a full speed for deadline while in writing I dragged and passed deadline. If pinch will not enable a horse to chiPing:)/chicheng, spunk will be spunked by spur.
