Nice! A couple of thoughts.

1.      “I can still feel happiness”   Generally, it would make greater sense either be “feel happy” or “enjoy happiness”.

2.      “Water flows, Blossom falls, and spring goes,”  Would it give a stronger sense of helplessness by changing it to “Spring is gone, along with the flowing water and falling blossoms.” ?
