It is that time of year again! Warm weather has returned to Earth’s northern (r似乎没有卷舌)hemisphere. Summer is a time when people of all ages feel like getting their swimwear and going to the nearest swimming pool or seashore. But first, there is that troublesome little thing called winter weight gain(weight应该重读). Many of us gain weight(weight应该重读) because of inactivity(na可以连读) during the winter.
