在唯冠(Proview)把官司打到美国之后，苹果提出驳回诉讼的主张，理由是双方之前已经同意在香港解决法律上的分歧。

Apple proposed to dismiss the lawsuit filed by Proview in the U.S., stating that both sides had made an agreement to settle the issue in HongKong.
