在唯冠(Proview)把官司打到美国之后，苹果提出驳回诉讼的主张，理由是双方之前已经同意在香港解决法律上的分歧。

After Proview sued Apple in the US, the latter appealed to dismiss the suit, arguing that the two sides have agreed to settle the disputes in Hong Kong.
