冰也寒，

雪也寒。

少小离家千万言，

儿郎有暖衫。

The ice was cold,

And the snow was cold.

I remember my Mom's words I was told,

And a warm jacket to hold.

风一天，

雨一天，

冬去春来又一年，

梦中忆母颜。

The windy days,

And the rainy days.

Now the spring has come with bright rays,

And in my dream is my Mom's face.
