多讲就熟练了

I want to improve my spontaneous speech skills on stage in English,i.e. without much preparation，in an impromptu manner. However,for the time being the priority is I need to improve my pronouciations which is a  barrier to me in communication,  you know I speak Cantonese and some other dialect. Good day 大硕士！
