I found thingamajigger only in Urban Dicionary but not other traidtional dictionaries.

In a tradtional dictionary, I found thingamajig instead. 

thing·a·ma·jig also thing·um·a·jig(thng-m-jg)

n. Informal

Something difficult to classify or whose name has been forgotten or is not known.
