如果是在床上折腾---oh 就是睡不着，别想歪了哈哈。。。 可以这样说： tossing and turning.

I had a bad night last night. I was tossing and turning, geting up and down for hours could not sleep till 4am. Now i am having a splitting headache. 我昨夜睡不好，？转反侧折腾到4点。现在头痛欲裂。
