头灯顶：灭灯与灭顶

I haven't camped and do not need 头灯, which I have by a chance.

My classmate Lu worked in a coal mine in Xuzhou. I had a short experience as an artist in a famous mine, where I spotted a model mine worker, about whom I was told that he works whole year no vocation, yes, I did visited a mine shaft as an education course.

灭灯 is the recent scene of a TV job show.

灭顶 is much serious than 灭灯. I recall once I was exhausted in swimming in a lake, no one come to rescue, if it were far away from shore, I would have been drowned!

This scene should be always remembered for it is symbolic of situation for many.

We feel safe for we stand on a solid ground, in allegorical sense, it may include job, health etc.But that is surface.

The ability to sense danger is a life-saving quality.

This drama is everywhere in nature. You see the herd of antelope grazing peacefully on the prairies of Africa while danger stalks. They are the fillet mignon of lions, cheetahs and other carnivores prowling the plains in search of food.

For them, surviving is a function of their ability to sense danger and react in thunder speed.

The secret for success? Driving change encouraging a sense of crisis and instilling in management a sense that one could go bankruptcy any day.
