联合国一个机构说，世界食品价格12月升到历史新高，原因是糖、粮食和油料作物的生产成本提高，以及恶劣天气对一些作物收成的影响。

The food price rose to a record high in December due to the increased cost of sugar, grain and oil products as well as the impact from treturous weather, said an organization of the United Nations.
