联合国一个机构说，世界食品价格12月升到历史新高，原因是糖、粮食和油料作物的生产成本提高，以及恶劣天气对一些作物收成的影响。


According to an UN bureau, the world's food commodity price reached historic high in December due to increasing cost of sugar, grain and oilseed production as well as low yield due to bad weather.
