a unit in my townhouse community, the owner paid

$220,000, bought the house, spent more to upgrade the house, the house was on the market for around $500,000 (i fogot the figure). I saw pictures, it was gorgeous, but i thought no people of normal mind would buy the house, guess what, it was sold, i did not the actual sale price, but it was sold! (the house was sold before the starting of bad economy of course)
