first of all, you should find out where the leak comes from:

1. from the connection between the tee and pipe, or

2. from the pipe and the coupling through the wall

3. or the pipe is leaking

4. or leak is from the other side of the wall (what is there?)

then, you can dicide what to do, and how to do it.
