FedEx Ground 和 FedEx Home Delivery 有啥区别?

我在Ship to a residence打勾, 出来的就是FedEx Home Delivery, 要贵几块钱.
不选Ship to a residence, 出来的是Ground, 便宜些.
我要寄到一个人家里去,选Ground可以吗?
请问FedEx Ground 和 FedEx Home Delivery 有啥区别? 谢谢.
