非常建议你念MBA. if you can get into top schools, IMO, it is well worth it. (the preassumption is that you have not established yourself in the business world. and it looks like that's the case with you.). but if you are not interested, don't bother.
it is not too much hard work but still some work for two years including prep, such as taking GMAT etc.
I think the biggest asset you can get from an good MBA program is the network. it will benefit you for the rest of your life, especially for people like us who don't have our roots in this country.
