absolute. As long as it's appropriate for your family income, it's fine.


In our case, the other house was rented out, and have two years lease. So we generated some income from that house, but not making it even.


Bottom line is: most people can't live without a stable income. So it's just a ridiculous thinking to image that people can still live the same life style without their prior job.

Again, having 10 months worth of saving is safe for us.
