RIR stayed in state and then PBEC for 3 years, with RFE and finally came out in June. Filed in 140 and 485 in June.

NIW filed in May, 2006, waited for one than 1 year to get approved with RFE. Filed second 485 in July.

I did a lot of homework here whether to file the second 485 and took all the advice from the experts here. But it ended up with the worst outcome, differnt A # and case transferred from TX to NSC. I may face interview for the second 485.

I think I am going to be crazy with my life: full time job, part time Ph.D, two kids, one 5 years old and one 10 months, and the GC mess.

I am crying, tears coming out from boty my eyes and my heart.
