Sanding and staining are very labor extensive and need skills, so it's best to hire a contractor to do it.

It is pretty easy to put the three layors of coats on- the same thing three times.

I wanted to save some money, so I hired a labor to do the sanding, staining, and coating. It turned out to be a very bad idea. I should have hired a contractor instead.
