Zhao was charged after state police went looking online for child pornography being shared over the E-mule network, police said. Investigators tracked a three minute, 22-second video that was being shared back to Zhao's home in Easton, according to court records. State police said when they interviewed Zhao at his home, his adult daughter translated for them as he admitted downloading child pornography.
