Do you worry that renters will ruin your house? My experience is

that muilti-family renters always the house up. Right now I'm fixing up a place that's ruined by this kind of renters and it's costing me $30k.

I'd rather rent a couple hundred less and spend less money later on maintenance.
I believe you are a prudent landlord 'cuz I read some of your blogs. How do you deal with this type of situation?
