You may return any items purchased at lordandtaylor.com at Lord & Taylor stores. Please note that we cannot accept returns at our outlet or clearance center locations. See "Purchases Made At A Lord & Taylor Store" above for details. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Your original method of payment will be credited unless you requested an Electronic Merchandise Credit (EMC) on your return form. Shipping charges and taxes will be deducted from the return amount. Full-priced merchandise, with the exception of furs, watches and jewelry, presented after 30 days will be credited based on the current selling price. Returns of furs, watches and jewelry items will not be accepted after 30 days.
