Not Tru Warren Buffett can ride a 15 year old civic

but people still know he is a successful man. However, you are not that famous, so, most of the time, people judge you by some very material stuff.

And I don't think people will treat you equally if you are driving a 15 year Civic or a BMW 745. Of course, If you you are driving a 50 year old antique car, that's different issue.
