what is the real sell price?

$1.7M is an estimated value. As I estimated last time, the market value of this house should be no more than $150 X 7000sq, which is at about $1.05M. I got wrong on the size last time. Am I right on the sell price? I hope you did not pay $1.7M for that house. I think the same calculation should apply to those nice mansions as well, no matter how nice their interiors are.
